I have been getting great results with Auto Finesse Imperial.
If you already have a spray bottle, I'd recommend the Imperial Concentrate. This gives you the ability to cater the concentration of cleaner depending on how dirty your wheels are. My personal impression is that the normal concentration of Imperial that Auto Finesse sells is enough for majority of the cases, but sometimes it might need a little more bite for those very caked on plaques.
