I get a similar sound to what you describe because the right front wheel touches the fender liner at a certain angle. My car is lowered and I am running 15mm front spacers on the 220 wheels.

It's easy to check for rub marks on your fender liner. Just steer your front wheels right and left to check the liners for rub marks.

In any case, the front wheel rubbing sounds minor. Mine has been rubbing this way for the last 9k miles w/ no real issues.
