I'm assuming the guy meant stock 18" wheels squared. So four 18x9 wheels (which are rear wheels) rather than factory staggered 18x8F and 18x9R.
Benefits: reduces understeer and ability to rotate tires, making them last longer.
Benefit/cons, depending on how you view them: heavier steering, increased steering sensitivity, and tramlining.
Looks mean from the front with -3.0° camber. Running 265/35 on these.
