We also built in an option for the infrared transmitter/receiver! You can automatically and accurately record lap times. The optional transmitter/receiver is not approved for street use - and any damage to the vehicle resulting from use in a competitive event may void all or portions of the vehicle's BMW Limited Warranty. Option includes infrared receiver, transmitter, and adapter cable for battery charger unit.
