No... my setup (ZCP 19 x 9.5 ET27 in all four corners with 15mm rear spacers) is exactly
in measurement as your proposed setup of OEM wheels with 15mm spacers front and 12mm spacers rear.
And there's no rubbing anywhere in my setup, and I'm running 275 tires all around as well.
