I don't think there will be a ED invoice. I think the 7% off the op is referring to is 7% off US MSRP. I may be wrong about this, but I think 7% off would refer to the first time M models are available at ED MSRP. I don't think we will see a ED invoice any time soon.
By the way, 2009s are getting 2.9% for financing.
