I love the way the S2000 looks, but after reading some reviews and learning that you cannot get a 6cyl in it at all, I was disappointed and didn't consider it further. The car performs great if you really rev it up and drive it like a race car. The problem is, I don't drive like that (ultra high rpms). I like the performance, but I don't want to get 5000rpms before it even starts to pull strong! I read on one of the reviews of the first year s2000's that they did a 0-60 test but they shifted at 5000rpms instead of going to redline. It took over 10secs! So, if you're not racing it, it's a really slow/tame car for everyday driving.
They did increase the torque since then, but still, it's no 6cyl....
