Yeah, I didn't realize it was a maintenance part either; not sure I want to spend ~$200 on studs every year. Just one more thing.

The stock setup uses lugs, not studs, which are far less likely to break off due to design and the fact that they're not practically cemented into the hole with red LocTite. That stuff grips so tightly that to remove a stud you have to heat it to about 500 F with a torch to melt the LocTite before you have a prayer of getting it out.
