Wow, $1150/month? I'm paying a shade more than that, but I financed mine for 5 years at 2.9%(6k down). I financed because I will never lease a car ever again. I just think you have more options than when leasing without mileage restrictions. Also, if you lease 2 cars with the same payments back to back(36months x 2). You'll own the car outright at the end of year 5(in my case) without any more payments to make. Yes, there's maintenance fees and depreciation, but if you keep the car, you aren't throwing money away.

But whether you are leasing or financing, it has to fit your situation. I'm sure I'll look at the new M3(or M4) and feel the urge to trade. I may not want to keep my M3 due to other reasons(family). Do shop around for better price, that's for sure. GL!
