Herpes is the biggy generally, you can get it if she has an open cold sore on her mouth or if she has genital herpes with an active lesion and you go down on her (both strains uncurable) Gonorrhea and chlamydia both can infect your mouth/throat (actually can get it in the eye as well). Syphilis, HIV, HPV and Hepatitis A can too, but herpes is definitely the most common.

Most people are infected with herpes when their partner shows no signs of herpetic lesions due to viral shedding which occurs more so when there is a lesion, but doesn't stop with its resolution.
