Yeah Scenic b/c you drive near the lake...you did drive parallel to the lake didn't you? if you didn't then maybe your weren't on 7 Lakes Drive...
the best time to drive up there is early morning before all the minivans & SUV's, hikers, bikers get out there to cause traffic
