Im in Orlando so I doubt anyones local to tune.

If you are set on having HFCs, the most gains I've seen from solely an XPipe and Tune was through Evolve Automotives. I know they use really high quality and free flowing cats. They've used HJS cats in their other systems, I'm not sure if they do on the E92 XPipe.
I have not seen too many dynos of the Challenge Sports XPipe, but I know they make high quality products. You should see where they source their cats from.
I would personally go with the following:
- Evolve Automotive Tune
- Evolve Automotive XPipe
- Challenge Muffler (soon to be announced)
- Macht Schnell High Flow Filter
- Macht Schnell Pullies
If you are willing to go completely catless and get the most power:
- Evolve Automotive Tune
- Challenge Race+ XPipe
- Challenge Muffler (soon to be announced)
- Macht Schnell High Flow Filter
- Macht Schnell Pullies
