I have to echo the same sentiments. Mike @ BPM helped me tirelessly on all occasions from installing, troubleshooting, de-tuning, and re-tuning my car. It was throwing all sorts of crazy codes with cylinder 5-8 misfire, throttle actuator errors, and within literally 5 seconds flat, Mike isolated the issue down to the O2 sensor. Brought the car into the dealership (under warranty) and took it to 2 dealers and 2 weeks to figure out the issue, oh and $400 short.
I can't thank Mike enough for his support. Sometimes I wonder if there are clones of Mike running around or perhaps a call center b/c it's impossible how anyone can roll out exceptional customer service regardless you being a new or existing customer.
