Hi O.P. sorry to here about your experience... that really sucks.
I have a question.... did you actually visit Varrstoen themselves? Reason I ask is because they are based in Holland.
Im not defending these guys at all but I bought a set which I use for track and winter wheels. Ive had no issues except for the centre caps popping out which I am having replaced. (At a cost, which sucks).

As some of the other guys have said.. try Volks... they are a bit more pricey but im sure you will get a better service.
