If you want to pay to get a tuner to bump your idle speed to about 850 rpm, that may help. If you notice vibration at idle try holding the throttle steady at 850 and note whether you still feel it.

I ran Bimmerworld replica group n mounts on my e36m3 for a while and thought they were fine on that car but my idle speed is 850 rpm - also helps with a LTW flywheel or supercharger or cams.
