So the sponsor of this event wants us to head over there early. He is really liking our bimmer gorups. The spsoner wants to do a photoshoot with our group before the event started.

Also he wants to know how many ppl are FOR SURE going, so he can save some spots and foods for us only.

The sponsor suggested us to be there early, caz so far besides our group there are another 30 cars signed up for this event from other sites and the rest without signing up. The close parking would be limited. If the closest lot is full, then we will need to park to another parking lots and walk over to the main one.

Also, the sponsor was kind enough to do a personal drawing of the parking lots for us. The one to the end is where the event will be holding at.

So wht do you guys think about the time and pre-meet location???
