And it's actually right to blame Dell in part for the HDD failure, because as a reputable system dealer, they are responsible for qualifying the components they use and maintaining quality control of the components that go into their systems. Do you have any idea the amount of time and effort a company like Dell expends in qualifying parts that go into their systems? ... But I guess you wouldn't know anything about being a reputable dealer
