5mm spacers normally wouldn't make vibration. The wheels are still grabbing to the hub. Unless the BBS has chamfer edges that are really deep on the inside center bore area.
I'll check later on J's wheels. Since i'll be adjusting his suspension today.
The vertrasse spacers is $70 plus shipping.

Darwin, I did not know you had these spacers
! I would have bought them from you guys if I knew. I cleaned the hub yesterday with a wire brush. No more vibration.
