M-Drive allows you to have a Sport+ setting for throttle sensitivity. This is not any different between ZCP and non ZCP cars.

For a 2009 car, you need to have ZTP (Technology Package) to have M-Drive which gives the user the Sport+ option.

Either way, based on many track guys' (including mine) experiences, Sport and Sport+ offer too much throttle sensitivity, almost to the point that it becomes difficult to make throttle modulation smooth.
