V3s that come from the factory have springs that are too soft for serious track use. I dont remember the spring rate but i know that its not much higher than stock ones. I have v3 coils on my 135i and was not happy with their performance on the track. Too much body roll. There is Swift conversion kit available that comes with linear springs and thrust sheets. The good thing about this kit is you can choose any spring rate you want and they are linear that are more appropriate for the track. Thrust sheets allow the spring to smoothly rotate around the perch during compression. This will enable the load of the spring to be more evenly distributed. I tested this set up a few days ago at WGI and was very impressed.
