$85k comes pretty quickly. Just for goofs we've optioned up Caymans to the point where the options equalled the starting MSRP, but of course to do that would be insane. I leased my S and the max MSRP you can you to calculate residual (MRM) was right around $80k, which is where I stopped. My car doesn't even have any seat upgrades, Xenon lights, autodimming mirrors or rain sensing wipers. Mine does have PDK, sport chrono, PASM, LSD and heated and cooled seats as well as Nav/Bose. Options on leases get very expensive when you go over that number. Got to pay to play with Porsches.
