Obviously the new 3.7 liter in the G37 will be dropped into the next Z car, that was a given and no-brainer.
But Edmunds reports, based on spy photog pics, that the new car apparently is getting a bit smaller and therefore probably lighter.
What I don't get is that Edmunds seems to think the new 370Z will have less than the 330 hp given to the G37.
I think they are assbackwards. I think the 370Z will either have ths same 330 hp rating or more likely slightly more.
If they can drop 100-150 pounds from the current 350Z, plus add 30 hp and some other tuning modifications.
That would be a pretty sweet sportscar for $30-32K
