Most will go with 15/12mm combo, depending on tire. We have a thread with plenty of info/pics of different configurations here:

Tom on this. The M3 looks good with the 15mm front, 12mm rear on OEM ZCP's. Here are few pics of my car lowered on H&R's, and with the 15/12 combo. Sorry for the picture quality (...
low light and the iPhone don't always work well together).
P.S. The 15/12 combo also worked really well when I had 19" BBS LM's mounted to my car.
