All they are is pressure sensors with an RF transmitter of some sort. I've not seen and can't imagine that the rim diameter matters. I suggest you PM or call (877.522.8473 ext 660) Ben@TireRack about what you need. I know he's familiar with the TPMS differences; because, I've seen posts that he's made about it. He should be able to answer your questions.
