I doubt it. BMW still wants to sell/lease you another car.
I'm not sure how much damage and what type you had on yours, but on mine that had a bit here and there (scratched 18" gunmetals, etc), BMWFS charged me $0 and actually gave me some incentive for being a "loyal customer" (it probably helped that I drove home a 2011 M3 selected from a dealer's lot when I returned the 2008 M3 - i.e. I already signed on the contract for another M3 by the time the inspectors went thru the car). The charge became a $0 because, when I called BMWFA to explain about a little thing w/ missing M3 floormats (long story, but the CA f'd up something), BMWFA promptly refunded the charge.
