Nice write up. I believe the coupe with the CF roof has a bit more headroom than the sedan (I'm 6"1' as well and I have a good amount of headroom with a decent sized Simpson helmet). Also, the base seats with cloth inserts provide a bit more grip in the turns.
Glad you went out and enjoyed it. The M3 is a blast to drive on the track.
