Yeah right buddy. They were getting so much bad press it was crazy. Typical asshole dealer attitude.

Still showing the arrogant attitude that got them into trouble in the first place.

after reading the edmunds piece, the manager gets the glory, and pins it on the internet guy. dealerships have a chain of command, and there should be no way general/top/main manager didn't know (unless they weren't doing their job), and after 3 or more auction term edits, they still claim they didn't know about the missing reserve or something. excuses, excuses...
