I have never felt a non illuminated stock ZHP knob before but the weight on these ebay ones are for sure more solid and weighted than the stock goose neck knobs. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the product.

Yup! You can choose to snip the connector off your stock knob then splice it to the ZHP knob
OR you can order the connector and splice that to your knob if you want to keep your stock one intact.
