That is pretty normal. All paint colors fade and change color with the heat cycling you see on track.
My red Brembos on my previous car turned dark and the lettering fades.

These weren't that bad as I didn't track as much. I've seen pretty bad ones where the paint gets burnt and it bubbles off the caliper.
