Thanks for this. I kinda left that out. Warranty is in fact still active and good until 4/2012 and it has a clean carfax with only one owner.

I rather give it away than part it out. Seats are Recaro Sportster CS custom upholstered in Imola Napa Leather. I got them at Active, but several board sponsors sell them, I think. Rear seats are usable, as in someone can sit there, but it's probably not too safe with the roll bar in the way.

It's hard to come up with a number. There are over $50k in parts on the car, not including labor. I was able to "sell" it (or better said, get a bid) on ebay for just under $75k, but as I mentioned, the guy was unfortunately not able to get financing. With that said, I am asking $75k but am open to reasonable offers.
