Well, I had a bad experience at Fremont BMW too.
They drove my car into a curb and scratched up the front bumper. Someone tried to clean it to try to hide the damage... Of course no one even mentioned it to me until I pointed it out. If I hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have done anything! This is no way to run a dealership service center.
I complained about it on Yelp and the dealership contacted me to ask me to write a follow up saying they did eventually fix the car... well damn I better hope they would!

After this episode, I didn't go back to them again. I've had a better experience at Peter Pan BMW.
