I have a 'natural' clutch stop the way I sit and use my left leg (foot perpendicular to calf)
. Can't stand driving with the knees all bent, almost touching the dash. I can depress the clutch all the way by extending my foot, but seldom have to. And yes, car starts fine.
Having said that, I wouldn't like to limit clutch travel for those times you're having trouble getting in gear (like it usually happens in cold weather with a cold tranny), when depressing the pedal further solves it, but to each his own. Good day gang.
