Dealers usually lowball because they know if you trade with them you only pay tax on the difference which can be thousands, at least that's true in Florida. If you want a 2013 E92 M3 I would consider selling the P car. If you don't want an M car I would suggest the 335is which I just traded for the M3. It's a good one.
