An 18x8 wheel with a 5mm offset is like a 9" wide wheel with an 18mm offset. I am running the ZCP wheels (19x9 ET31) with a 12.5mm spacer which is basically a (9" wide wheel with an 18mm offset. I have no issues whatsoever and could actually go out a few mm more if I wanted to using the stock 245/35 front tires.
