I have no idea how they knew. It didnt help we were doing 100+ lol. But Im sure they went over the car a little more thoroughly for that reason.
I would say the design of the seats probably has something to do with safety, etc. Who knows with these things?? I will probably do a boat load of research before I buy them, but they are a must have. $5k+ or not  |
