I am shocked as well that MT got 4.5 s for 0-60 as well. Do note that was not the time to get to 100 kph but only to 60 mph. In their first drive they could not get under 5.0 to 60 mph (video preview on their website).

0-100 km/hr (62 mph)
CarTest: 5.2 s (attached)
Edmunds: 5.1 s
Evo: 5.1 s

It was interesting to note the when optimizing the launch with CarTest it did require a near redline clutch drop just like they mentioned in the MT article where they got 4.5 s.

I know you (OP) tire of my simulations, but just FYI, I had to crank the hp/tq figures in CarTest up to 400hp/365 ft lb to get down to 0-62 mph (100 kph) 4.5 s.

I guess MT just has way more professional drag drivers than Edmunds or Evo...
