Just wanted to share this bit. You jaded boys have probably forgotten what it's like to drive around in a car that impresses not only without trying, but without even being able to really try. Not that I would. The dweebs in their WRXs are really quite silly, even if they can break 5 seconds in 0-60. It's not about specs. Or drag racing. It's about being in a machine that is truly exceptional. Honestly I can't imagine getting a 550i or X6M or one of the other more expensive BMWs. (Okay, the M6 has turned my head, I admit.)
Am I wrong in saying that this is a supercar? There are supercars that can't match the M3, but are called supercars because they look like wedges on wheels.
Anyway, I'm going to drive my baby to service in the pre-dawn light, and pick up a ferocious goddess of a car later in the day. This moment won't happen again … until I buy another amazing car needing some break-in time. I don't have a journal, so I'm writing this here.
Woohoo!!

Its a religious experience once you get up into the 5500-8400 rpm range - you will not be disappointed!
