I have a similar issue and it is driving me nuts. I have been to 2 dealerships, 2 tire stores and a german car specialist and every time they balance the front wheels, they say the previous balance was off. Car has 10k miles and 4/32 left before I hit the wear bars. 15mm spacers make it much worse. Can't find the issue!!!
