Springs will not improve the handling of your car, in fact, they probably will make it worse. Specifically on tracks that have lots of camber changes, undulations and rough pavement.
You should keep the suspension stock with camber plates (will help) or go all out and get some tck / jrz / Ohlins etc coilovers with linear spring rates.
Springs only will cause your car to be unsettled and have worse traction than stock on anything but the smoothest and flattest pavement if matched with oem dampers.

Yeah thx after doing a lot of research I'm not changing the suspension in either my STi or M3. I have camber plates but that's it. Working on the driver mod now and at some point in the future I may go with KW Clubsports but only if I significantly improve as a driver.
