I have a Ground Control sleeve over kit for the E9X M3. Previous owner was a track guy and the spring rates are I believe 440/700, or something similar (front springs say GC150.64.77, I recall seeing 700 on the rear ones). I got it as part of a trade plus cash deal for my JRZ RS Pro's (best suspension I've tried out of my 7 setups, one setup having had multiple different spring rates, but I won't have time to track it anymore so I sold the JRZ) but I got a deal on KW Clubsports today, so I "sprung" for those instead (get it?
