I have the same problem, I can't send an address to my BMWs using Google maps. I've had the car since Nov 1 and it used to work. 1st they said I had to have my email address in caps but that didn't matter. Then they said they would get someone working on it and get back to me. That was at least 2 weeks ago. Please post if you get this fixed. BTW, my assist works. TIA.
