If she was paying that much more with another provider, this again goes to the financial problems she has.
I've NEVER heard of anyone overpaying by $80 a month unless they're downright...dumb. Shit my driving history is horrible, and I'm paying for 2 cars and I'm not even PAYING $80 a month, let alone have a drop of that magnitude.
