If it only had a few problems at first and they were corrected, I'd say go for it. But it looks like there is something problematic here every few months, and that's what I'd recommend you avoid it.

Also, very low mileage like that means it was probably a weekend car or saw a lot of city miles, which will be very hard on everything.
