It is two years older, and non-LCI. Those are the two major draw backs.
You could pick up an 08 now with miles similar to yours for at least 9k less. It just depends on how long you want to look. But if that one is in great shape and you insist on having LCI, I would go for it, but shoot for 40k to make it a great deal instead of just an OK deal.
