Changing the lines back to stock isn't a bad idea either. There's more reports of incidents with crappy SS lines than there are with good condition OEM. If you don't ever plan to take it to the track...just swap them to OEM next brake flush.
EDIT: I don't feel that the brake lines cause any more heat. If you have a bunch of maintenance time left, best not to mess with the dealer techs on the wear items.
