Well, the new Hunter machines are nearly idiot-proof, but not totally, so the operator still counts. If vibration is the problem, then it’s a wheel or tire issue, not alignment. Although, the ADO8 is a great tire, Yoko tires are not known for perfection, and you might have an out-of-round tire that cannot be balanced to your satisfaction. But, that should have been discovered in the road force part of the balancing. The shop should definitely be able to diagnose the problem, so I would take it back. And no, light wheels are not a problem to balance.
