Finally bought track wheels; will 18x10.5 work with 295/30 in the back?

Thanks to Radiation Joe, I located a set of TE37s in the sizes I've been looking for, and bought them. They are 18x9.5 et28 and 18x10.5 et30. I am thinking about running 265/35 and 285/30, but might consider going up to 295/30 in the back.

Is anyone running a similar setup? Will the 295s rub with the 10.5" wheels?

How about offset in the back? Would I need 5mm spacers?

I'd also like to hear tire recommendations. I have PSC on my stock summer wheels, and it is great to be able to drive to the track on them, but I'll probably be looking at the R1s, but they don't seem to come in 295/30. At least, that's what the tirerack site says.

UPDATE: Pics below with 265/35 and 285/30 BFGs. (I highly recommend the wheel totes to keep your leather in the back seat from getting trashed during transport.)
