That only happens with metallic paints when the flakes shift from the pressure used to remove the dent. Alpine White and other non metallics are great candidates for this process. FYI, don't let them tell you they have to drill a hole to reach the dent. The experienced guys can glue a hook to the surface of your car and pull it out from the outside, and then tap it back flush.
