Awesome. Congrats! I was able to enjoy my E46 M3 vert for about 9 months of the year in NYC, but I went for the E90 in Wisconsin. In WI it doesn't pay to have a vert, otherwise I may have gotten an E93. With the top down, there is no hotter looking car out there.
I used to live in Bay Ridge, so I am curious how you keep an M3 in Brooklyn. You can keep it in a garage at night, but do park it on the street at all? Maybe I am too anal, but I wouldn't leave it anywhere in the five boroughs except for parts of SI. On LI at least I didn't have people parallel parking near me.
