If you have minor paint imperfections, you should be polishing them out (either DIY or pay a good detailer to get them out), not covering them up with filler waxes. This is just my thoughts though.

I'm not a brand baby, but a lot of the stuff out there in Walmart and other auto stores is total junk. There are also many waxes out there that are very good and aren't expensive at all either.

I also say try it and see if you like it. I've never looked into it personally. What I will say is that it's only going to temporarily hide the real problems with your paint (and very temporarily at that).
